Returns & Warranty Policy
Returns Window
We offer a 60-day return window for eligible True Supply products. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.
To start your return, email info@truesupply.net.
Approved items must be shipped back and in transit within 14 days of receiving the return confirmation for a refund to be processed.
Important Notes
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
- Returned items must include all original packaging, instructions, and accessories, in good condition and without damage or excessive wear. Missing or damaged components may result in a deduction from your refund.
- All returns are inspected upon receipt for compliance with this policy.
Processing Time
- Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.
- Shipping fees and any coverage costs are non-refundable.
Special Conditions
Opened or used topical items are not eligible for return; only unopened items in original packaging qualify.
Warranty
All True Supply purchases made directly from truesupply.net or authorized retailers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact info@truesupply.net for assistance.
Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked delivered by the carrier but not received, the order is non-refundable. However, we will replace the product once you confirm a secure shipping address and agree to signature confirmation to prevent further issues.
Exclusions to the Warranty
The warranty does not apply to:
- Malfunctions caused by misuse or abuse; improper operation or maintenance; service, modification, or repair by anyone not authorized by True Supply; or other conditions not arising from defects in materials or workmanship.
- Accidental or intentional damage.
- Any transfer or assignment of ownership to a third party.
If a product has been discontinued, True Supply may replace it with the most comparable model still in production or offer store credit. In case of any dispute, True Supply reserves the right of final decision.
